3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must:

4. Free Trial

4.1 Trial Period

New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

4.2 Trial Limitations

• One trial per user/organization
• Trial accounts may display subtle upgrade prompts
• Exported reports during trial may contain watermarks

4.3 Post-Trial

After the trial period, you must select a paid subscription to continue using the Service. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
